hierzu gibt es verschiedene vorgehensweisen, als leader einer group zb kann man pathetisch abdanken:

I just can't take it any more!

As a group leader you can choose to give up your position of power. Perhaps you find the stresses of office too much to handle or perhaps you just can't be bothered with it.

You have two choices when it comes to picking a new leader. You can either select a member of the group you would like to offer this position to and see if they'll accept the challenge, or you could leave all of the decision making up to the group itself.

What if you abdicate power to another user and they don't accept? Well, you're still in a position to punish them, I think banishment would be fitting.
